Plexus MA310 is a high-performance two-part methacrylate adhesive engineered for structural bonding applications. With a convenient 1:1 mix ratio, it provides 15-18 minutes of working time and achieves fixture strength within 45-55 minutes. The adhesive delivers robust tensile strength of 3,500-4,500 psi and lap shear strength of 3,000-3,500 psi. It effectively fills gaps from 0.03 to 0.125 inches and performs reliably across temperatures from -67°F to 250°F. This non-sagging gel formula is ideal for bonding ABS, acrylics, FRP, gelcoats, PVC, polyesters, styrenics, urethanes, and vinyl esters. The adhesive demonstrates excellent resistance to hydrocarbons and salt solutions. Available in various sizes including cartridges, pails, and drums for different application needs.
